Privacy policy
What we keep.
Which isn't much.
No cookies, no trackers, no mailing list. The only personal information this site handles is what you choose to send us, and it goes to one inbox.

Who this covers
This policy covers Dataflair Solutions (“we”), based in Toronto, ON, and the website at dataflair.ca. It applies to anyone who visits the site or gets in touch with us. We collect as little as we can, and this page lists all of it.
When you visit the site
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There is nothing to accept or decline.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard server logs — your IP address, the pages requested, the time, and your browser type — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors. Vercel's own handling of that data is described in its privacy policy.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, the name of your business, and your message. That is all it collects. What you type is sent as an email to our inbox and kept as ordinary business correspondence.
Two services handle that email on our behalf: Resend (United States) delivers it, and Microsoft 365 hosts our mailbox. Each processes the message only to deliver and store it. If you email or phone us directly instead, we keep that correspondence the same way.
We use what you send us for one purpose: to reply and, if you go ahead, to do the work. It is not added to a mailing list, and it is never shared with or sold to anyone else.
When you become a client
Doing the work means holding the information a project needs: your contact details, the content you give us for the site, and logins to accounts we set up or manage for you. We keep those only for as long as the project and any after-launch plan run, and we hand everything over — including every account, in your name — when you leave.
Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Canadian tax law requires. We do not see or store card numbers; any online payment is handled entirely by the payment provider named on the checkout page.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within ten business days and delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email hello@dataflair.ca or call 437-696-4748.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If we start collecting something new — say, analytics — this page will say so before it happens, and the date at the top will change. The full terms of working with us are on the terms page.
