Overview
A sweets and snacks retailer paying a monthly platform fee for a site that loaded slowly and could not be edited without a support ticket.
The problem
Menu, location, and the build-your-own-box flow were the only pages that mattered, and all three sat behind the slowest part of the stack.
What we did
Rebuilt static-first so the pages that drive orders load immediately, with the box builder and menu as the structural centre rather than an afterthought.
