A distributor's catalogue, rebuilt as a storefront
Migrated a legacy restaurant platform onto an owned codebase — faster, indexable, and finally under the client's control.

Overview
A food distributor's catalogue was living on a rented restaurant platform — unindexable, slow to change, and impossible to move without losing everything.
The problem
Years of accumulated search equity sat on URLs the client did not control, on a platform whose roadmap had nothing to do with distribution.
What we did
Rebuilt on an owned codebase with URL parity held one-to-one through the migration, so nothing that ranked was left behind. Product catalogue, category structure, and private-label story all moved intact.
